The magnificent banquet hall can host up to 240 guests comfortably. The luxury en-suite rooms are individually decorated and furnished with precious antiques.  Mouthwatering cuisine and excellent service at this nostalgic setting will ensure that your special day will be unforgettable. Every room has been individually decorated and no room is the same.  Other leisure facilities includes a Swimming Pool with outdoor Jacuzzi, Tea Garden and Equestrian Centre, Spa with an indoor Jacuzzi. Chateau Larize has undergone major upgrading work in the past year and this has resulted in many outdoor and indoor activities that can be enjoyed on site like

The Spa – Featured on its own with treatment rooms and wet room and indoor Jacuzzi and outdoor shower – this is truly a gem amongst the scenic bushveld surrounds.  Using only the highest quality products and being run by accredited personnel – you are sure to have a truly Chateau Pampering.

Fleur de Lis Tea Garden – This French inspired tea garden offers guest coffee/tea and refreshments from 9 am until 5 pm every day with the emphasis on healthy.  Sitting in the parkland gardens and recharging the soul whilst browsing through a magazine or just simply forgetting about it all , is the ideal way of getting rid of that stress that builds up from day to day.

The Pool Deck and outside Jaquzzi – A large open air swimming pool with crisp blue water is open all year round  with the outdoor Jacuzzi that is available a nominal fee.

Cheval Horse Riding Centre – It is our onsite horse riding school that provides classes for beginners and outrides and excursions for the more adventurous at heart.  You can come to ask that special someone the big question whilst sipping champagne in scenic country side with no one except yourself, your loved one and the big diamond.  For corporate clients this is the ideal icebreaker prior to a week long conference.   The centre, being run by SANEF instructors, are eager to show guests all there are to know regarding horses and their passion is truly something that shines through.

Our Conference Venue can be divided into 4 separate conference facilities with breakaway rooms. Chateau Larize can accommodate up to 240 delegates at a time and offers a unique setting for an intimate anniversary celebration right up to large conferences or product launches.

Weddings at Chateau Larize are truly memorable.  Enjoying the tranquility of the surrounding parkland gardens with the professional service and exquisite food, everything transforms into that dream wedding.

Garden Ceremonies are unique, as the Chateau dating back to the 1940’s on the one side and landscaped gardens on the other side, forms the perfect backdrop to your mementoes moment.
