Attractions

Fishing safaris are conducted in the bay of Tofo, Imhambane district in the Gaza Province of Mozambique. This is a well known area for Marlin, Sailfish and numerous other species of game fish that frequent the warm waters of the Indian ocean. Our facility sleeps 10 guests and a two hour flight from Johannesburg international airport will get you to this unspoilt paradise of Mozambique.

Road trips from Leopard Lodge can also be arranged to experience the local flavor of the indigenous people to this country rebuilding itself after years of turmoil. A well equipped boat with the latest fishing tackle and experienced guides is used for fishing.

Hunting

Hunting safaris are conducted from April to October, our dry winter months. Moderate temperatures make this an unforgettable experience. Sixteen species of game can be found at Leopard Lodge our main accommodation facility. Any species not found on the game farm are available within a short drive from the lodge. This is why we can offer an extensive specie list for our discerning hunters. All hunting safaris are tailored to the hunters needs. We do our best to offer you a professional and very personal service. Licensed professional hunters will accompany you every step of the way to guide and provide you with their knowledge gathered through years of experience.

Photo Safaris

Photographic safaris are conducted throughout the year at Leopard Lodge. We use the lodge as a base to do day trips to points of interest like, Pilanesberg National Park, Marakele National Park and Sun City. We also arrange trips to a nearby facility that offers elephant back rides. Many game can be seen from elephant back and this is a unique experience.
