Ka'Ingo Private Game Reserve is a big five private reserve that combines the splendour of the African bush with 5-star pampering.

Ka'Ingo Main Lodge is situated in the centre of the Ka'Ingo Private Reserve and is a true oasis surrounded by bush and mountains. Our gem of the Bushveld is an ideal retreat for the more refined traveler who prefers both privacy and exclusivity.

Main Lodge is the largest of the three, consisting of 12 en-suite thatched rooms, catering for a maximum of 24 guests. Each fully air-conditioned room, is equipped with the modern comforts of a mini bar, telephone, safe, tea and coffee making facility, ceiling fan, iron, and hairdryer. Our executive and six luxury suites all have their own private decks with breathtaking views across the green luscious garden which can also be utilized for a romantic dinner for two.

A safari in South Africa is a wonderful way to experience a true African Wildlife holiday. At Ka'Ingo we offer game drives in open 4x4 game viewing safari vehicles twice a day, which is included in your leisure safari accommodation package.

Come and join us for a game drive and enjoy the splendour of the Waterberg while we track down the big five for you. Our professional rangers will guide you through this gem of the Bushveld, they will enlighten and entertain you with bush tails and life experiences. View some of Africa's most dangerous game up close while we open a window to their lives and guide you through it. Game viewing or safari drives are generally two to three hours long, conducted in the morning and evening. Morning drives include coffee/tea and rusks while the afternoon drives will involve a sundowner with a fantastic view to appreciate the African sunset. Late afternoon drives will generally include a standard cooler box with cool drinks & light beers.

The only way to truly experience the bushveld is to walk through it. Let one of our professional rangers enlighten you as he guides you through the splendor of the Bushveld. Mother Nature leaves telltale signs for us to interpret (what has occurred while we had our backs turned). These "bush billboards" gives insight into the goings on, if you know how to read and interpret them. With your guide to "read" these signs for you, you will be amazed to see just what has been left for us to see and imagine.
